Welcome to our Website! We want to show off our neighborhood and let you know about activities, organizations, stores and restaurants worth visiting.






The Bloomingdale neighborhood includes the northern portions of the Upper West Side and Manhattan Valley, and is bordered by Harlem, Columbia University and the Cathedral of St. John the Divine.



Visiting the map/directions page will give you a quick visual of the area.

Our neighborhood is noted for its many churches and religious congregations, as well as the diverse mix of people and cultures.






The Bloomingdale neighborhood is a great place to shop and dine. You'll find an extensive list of stores and restaurants in our  Shopper’s Guide and Restaurant Guide.

The monthly Events Calendar gives you access to a variety of fun--and mostly free-events ranging from concerts, gallery exhibits, block parties and street fairs to historical neighborhood walks.
